Product Description

DINITROL 538 Plus is a black, solvent-containing one-step primer for automotive windscreen and window bonding with polyurethane adhesives. It is designed as a pretreatment product for direct-glazed automotive glass replacement and other suitable substrates.

The primer promotes adhesion between the glass or ceramic surface and polyurethane adhesive, while also providing additional UV protection for the screen-print/ceramic coating. Its formulation also helps inhibit rust in small nicks and scratches, adding corrosion protection to the bonding preparation process.

DINITROL 538 Plus can be used for pretreatment of automotive glass, ceramic-coated surfaces, painted surfaces and RIM substrates. The product is compatible with DINOL adhesive systems and is intended for professional glass-bonding and replacement applications.
