RATCHET OR DRILL OPERATION – Switch between ratchet and free-spool operation using the integrated spindle thumb locks. The 5/16" hex drives accept standard sockets, allowing AXIS™ to be operated manually with the included swivel ratchet or with a compatible drill.

SECURE VACUUM MOUNTING – The integrated vacuum pump and high-tack suction base help secure AXIS™ directly to the glass during the cut. Properly mounted, the tool provides a stable platform while the cutting cord is routed around the windshield.

The GT Tools AXIS™ Cord Style Auto Glass Cut Out Tool Kit is a professional windshield removal system designed for technicians who use synthetic cutting cord for automotive glass removal.

AXIS™ uses a dual independent spindle design to provide greater control over cutting-line tension and direction during the removal process. Each spindle can be independently switched between ratcheting and free-spooling modes, allowing technicians to adapt the tool as the cut moves around corners and through varying urethane depths.

The system can be driven manually with the included 3/8" swivel ratchet or powered with a compatible drill using standard 5/16" socket connections. Its integrated vacuum pump and high-tack base cup provide secure mounting to the glass during operation.

The kit includes 250 ft of Gorilla Cord, a starter handle, cord protection shield, swivel ratchet and a durable hard carrying case with custom foam, providing the essential components needed to get started with cord-style auto glass removal.

AXIS™ is also GTSP-MINI Mini SuperPump™ compatible, allowing the system to be upgraded to automatic vacuum assistance.
